Submitting an order form does not confirm your order. Production begins once availability, design details and final pricing are confirmed and payment is complete. 주문서 제출만으로 주문이 확정되지 않습니다. 일정·디자인·재고·가격 확인과 결제가 완료되면 제작을 시작합니다.

Share the name, wording, colours, quantity, event date and reference photos.이름, 문구, 색상, 수량, 행사 날짜와 참고 사진을 알려주세요.
Confirm & Create확인 후 제작
Once availability, details and final pricing are confirmed, production begins after payment.일정과 최종 가격을 안내받고 결제하면 시안 및 제작이 시작됩니다.

Design changes cannot be made after the final proof is approved.시안 확정 이후에는 디자인 변경이 어렵습니다.
Handmade pieces may have slight variations from the digital proof.핸드메이드 제품은 화면 속 시안과 미세한 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
Customer photos are used only to prepare and produce the order.고객이 제공한 사진은 주문 제작 목적으로만 사용합니다.
Customers may choose whether finished product photos can be shared on social media.완성 제품 사진의 SNS 공개 여부는 고객이 선택할 수 있습니다.
Standard pickup is available in Burquitlam.기본 픽업 지역은 Burquitlam입니다.
Shipping within Canada is available through Canada Post. Postage is charged separately — send us your address or postal code and we will check the exact cost and let you know before you pay.캐나다 국내는 Canada Post로 발송해 드립니다. 배송비는 별도이며, 주소나 우편번호를 알려주시면 정확한 금액을 확인해 결제 전에 안내해 드립니다.

Do you fill the goodie bags with snacks?구디백에 간식도 넣어주시나요?
No. We make the named pieces and the packaging, and you add the treats, so you can match the ages and allergies of your guests.아니요. 이름 넣은 물건과 포장은 저희가, 안에 넣을 간식은 고객님이 채우세요. 아이들 연령과 알레르기에 맞춰 직접 고르시는 편이 좋아요.
Is my order confirmed once I send the form?주문서를 내면 주문이 확정되나요?
Not yet. We get back to you within 1–2 days with a quote and schedule. Production starts after you confirm and pay.아직이에요. 1~2일 안에 견적과 일정을 안내드리고, 확인과 결제가 끝나면 제작을 시작해요.
My date is close. Can you still make it?날짜가 촉박한데 가능할까요?
Each piece is made by hand, so more notice is better. If your date is tight, send the form anyway and we will tell you what is possible.하나하나 손으로 만들어서 여유 있게 알려주실수록 좋아요. 날짜가 촉박해도 주문서를 남겨주시면 가능한지 확인해 드려요.
Where do I pick up? Do you ship?픽업은 어디서 하나요? 배송도 되나요?
Pickup is in Burquitlam; we send the exact place when your order is confirmed. Within Canada we ship by Canada Post, with postage quoted before you pay.버퀴틀람에서 픽업하시고, 정확한 장소는 주문 확정 때 알려드려요. 캐나다 국내는 Canada Post로 보내드리고, 배송비는 결제 전에 안내해 드려요.
How do I pay?결제는 어떻게 하나요?
By Interac e-Transfer, after we confirm the details and the final price with you.내용과 최종 가격을 확인한 뒤 이트랜스퍼(Interac e-Transfer)로 결제하시면 돼요.
Can I write in Korean, English or Chinese characters?한글, 영문, 한자 모두 되나요?
Yes, and you can mix them at no extra cost. Toppers include two lines of wording; three lines or more is $3 extra.네, 섞어서 쓰셔도 추가금이 없어요. 토퍼는 문구 두 줄까지 포함이고, 세 줄 이상이면 $3이 추가돼요.
Can I change the design after approving it?시안을 확정한 뒤에도 바꿀 수 있나요?
Once the final proof is approved we start cutting and printing, so changes are not possible after that point.시안이 확정되면 바로 제작에 들어가서, 그 뒤에는 변경이 어려워요.
Can I return or exchange a custom piece?맞춤 제품도 환불이나 교환이 되나요?
Because every piece is made for you, custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the digital proof.고객님만을 위해 만드는 제품이라 환불이나 교환은 어려워요. 핸드메이드 특성상 시안과 미세한 차이가 있을 수 있어요.
